**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Chiller Assessor / MSA Grader** to join our team in **Lance Creek**.
- Visually assess and grade carcasses, as per AUS-MEAT / MSA requirements, using company grading system.
- Maintaining AMG standards and compliance with safe work practices and operating procedures are always adhered to.
- Data collection and reporting.
- Calibration of equipment.
- Assisting with sorting carcasses into chillers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ideally 1 - 3 years experiences working in the meat industry, including knife handling skills
- Have (or willing to gain) AUS-MEAT Chiller Assessment Certificate
- Have (or willing to gain) an MSA Grader Certificate
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Fully vaccinated _(min 2)_ against COVID-19
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Own transport or reliable means of getting to work
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever
