**Experience/Skills**
- Dashboard and Report Development: Design and create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI to meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand KPIs, and ensure analytics solutions address key business needs.
- Data Modeling: Build efficient data models and relationships within Power BI using Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Data Visualization: Translate data into meaningful visualizations, charts, and metrics to communicate clear and impactful stories to stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and processes.

- Works well under pressure and can work to occasional tight deadlines.
- Fantastic communication skills, friendly and approachable.
- A commitment to delivering high quality reports.
- A strong work ethic and 'can-do' problem solving attitude.

**Nice to Have**:

- Ability to connect Power BI to various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, Cloud tools, and third-party APIs.
- Understanding of the CI/CD pipelines in Power BI.
