Packaging Operator - Efficiency and Data Analyst Manufacturing - Junior Role
Key Responsibilities/Duties:

- Operate canning and keg lines efficiently
- Perform Quality Checks (DO, CO2, Seams, Fill levels)
- Analyze KPIs and report data to the Production Manager
- Troubleshoot and resolve common packaging line issues
- Develop troubleshooting checklists for each station
- Revise and implement SOPs for packaging efficiency
- Track and analyse material wastage during production runs

**About the Program**

This **6-week internship** provides real-world industry experience with **leading Sunshine Coast companies**. Participants will complete a **Worker-Ready Micro-Credential** before starting their placement, ensuring they are prepared for the workplace.

The internship can be as little as 1 day per week or upto 5 days....it's upto your availability and the fit with the organisation. This program can fit around your current work and study committments.

**Program Details**:
**Start Date**: 12th March 2025 (Self-paced virtual sessions)
**In-Person Sessions**: March 12th & March 19th (9 AM - 1 PM)
**Internship Placement**: Begins 24th March 2025 (6 weeks)

**Important Notes**:
**This is an unpaid work experience internship.**
**Completion of the Worker-Ready Micro-Credential is required before placement.**
**Employment opportunities may be available upon successful completion. This role is available**

**Position available for 17-24 year olds.**

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Internship
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: $24.07 - $36.26 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
