We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in **Springwood**. We are looking a good problem solver, physically fit, energetic, hands on individual who is interested in Scooters, customer service and sales.

**On a daily basis you will**
- Build relationships with new and existing customers and provide great customer service
- Sell and maintain our large range of products and working alongside a passionate team
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Continually strive to upskill your own ability through training and research of our products and use your new-found knowledge to assemble, maintain and fix the range of products we sell
- Be flexible with your hours to ensure all customer requirements are met whilst maintaining store standards
- Assist the management team with store operational activities

**What we are looking for**
- At least 12 months experience in retail customer service and sales
- An experienced retailer with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for growing the business
- Organised and well-structured person who thrives in a dynamic, high-paced environment and a team player
- Proactive person who enjoys problem-solving and assembling products
- Capable of heavy lifting in a very hands-on, physical environment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $34.99 per hour
