Are you a driven leader with a passion for agriculture and a knack for fostering team success?
Reporting directly to the Head of Agribusiness Customer Delivery, the Manager will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional service to our valued agribusiness clients. You will be tasked with creating a high-performance culture, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained.
As we drive towards the goal of achieving market-leading turn-around times this role requires proven leadership in agribusiness, strong customer relationship management skills, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. While open to all locations, we would prefer the role to be located in
QLD & NSW
.
In this dynamic and high-impact role, you'll make your mark by:
Lead and coach a team of Agribusiness Relationship Associates across QLD & NSW, driving performance and capability development
Champion customer-centricity, ensuring quality support and exceeding expectations
Oversee operational efficiency, maintaining compliance and consistently meeting service timeframes
Work to remove barriers and obstacles for your team by providing feedback and insights that enable change
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the bank to deliver seamless service
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven leadership experience in a similar agribusiness or banking environment
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and operational excellence
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
A passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals
We would also love you to have:
A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance or a related discipline
Experience with Active Ops / Workware planning and methodologies desirable
