About the role
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Medical Courier(s) to join our Courier team.
In this frontline role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of pathology specimens, reports, and mail across the Adelaide metropolitan and outer metropolitan areas.
Your duties include visiting hospitals, GP surgeries and pathology laboratories, ensuring all materials are handled with care and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
You will be the face of SA Pathology to many clients, contributing to strong relationships through professionalism, punctuality and a positive attitude.
This role supports the smooth operation of a key healthcare service to help ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and clinicians alike.
About You
You are a dependable and courteous professional with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with clients and the public.
Strong time management and navigation skills, including the use of technology to follow and adapt run schedules.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, while demonstrating good judgement and discretion.
A solid driving record, relevant courier or medical transport experience, and good knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan and outer metro areas.
