Duties: Lead and support Social Policy Group actions on program delivery and grants coordinationProvide briefings and strategic advice to support Senior Executive consideration of program and grants coordination arrangements for Social Policy Group Engage with internal (Regional Offices, Program and Policy Areas, Enabling Services) regarding the management of agreements and to support Agency-wide program and grants arrangements Interface with Agency-wide IT and data systems to achieve Group and Branch business objectives Undertake reviews using internal quality assurance and continuous improvement processes Apply sound judgement and make evidence-based decisions aligned to the operating environment and legislative frameworks Identify and mitigate foreseeable risks Do You Have?
High level analytical, research and problem-solving skills Ability to work with, synthesise and analyse data to inform strategic advice for Senior Executives Effective stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrated ability to brief and engage with Senior Executives Ability to identify emerging opportunities or issues and respond quickly to competing priorities as they emerge Experience in supervision of staff and provision of constructive management with a focus on capability development and team building If you are interested in the role, please submit via the link.
