Moss & Co have partnered with one of Australia's leading specialist law firms with over 650 staff. This firm have offices nationally, including in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth. They have an outstanding reputation in the market and a truly collaborative working culture.
We are assisting them in the search for a Permanent Part time Receptionist, working 12/12:30pm until 5:30/5:45pm, everyday. You will work alongside two other Receptionists in a job share arrangement.
Responsibilities may include;
- Diary management for meeting rooms;
- Scanning mail and filing;
- Dealing with couriers;
- General office cleaning and tidying;
- Maintaining office supplies;
- Ad hoc duties.
We're looking for an experienced Receptionist, who has worked in a corporate environment previously. Experience within a law firm will be looked upon favourably.
You must be available from the time stipulated above. Due to the nature of the role, and the position being on a job share arrangements, these hours are non-negotiable.
