**About the Venue**

Etheus is the reimagined main dining room of Promenade, bringing a fresh and focused identity to the indoor space while the beloved outdoor area continues as the Promenade Beach Bar.

Rooted in Greek-fired flavours and infused with the laidback, sun-soaked energy of Bondi, Etheus offers a bold new culinary direction. The menu will celebrate the simplicity and soul of Greek cooking, interpreted with local produce and Bondi flair.

**About the Role**

We're looking for section waiters to deliver great service, manage their own section with confidence, and bring energy to our Bondi dining room.

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- Have restaurant experience (section waiter experience a bonus)
- Can thrive in a busy, fast-paced venue
- Love working with people and bring positive energy
