**Crystalbrook Kingsley,** has transformed Newcastle's former Council Administration Centre into an elegant and sophisticated 130-room five-star hotel with a signature rooftop bar and restaurant, lobby bar and café, and two private meeting venues. With the City Hall Civic Theatre, Newcastle Art Gallery and War Memorial moments away, Kingsley is culturally connected, celebrating what has been and what is to come.

**The Role**:
Working alongside the team in Roundhouse Restaurant and Romberg's Bar you will be the face of the level 9 food & beverage venues. You will welcome guests with open arms and assist by confirming bookings and introducing them to one of our team who will whisk them away to be seated in the Restaurant or Bar.

**Your many talents will include**:

- You ooze personality and charm and at ease creating a warm, friendly, welcoming guest arrival experience.
- You have an uncanny ability to make guests feel relaxed as soon as they step out of the lift.
- Immaculate presentation - even on those rare 'bad hair days'
- Organisation and order runs in your veins and you love keeping everyone on track.
- A problem solving and logistics genius with the ability to tackle any challenge head on.
