Job Description
Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
Ensure personalised, efficient, luxury service is provided to all guests.
Embrace the service culture of Butler service.
Provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
Work cohesively as a team member.
Report to the supervisor at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned by the supervisors and team leaders.
To initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and to ensure guest satisfaction.
Concierge services within the Club Millesime.
Liaise with Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance, and ensure items are announced.
Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests.
Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high, luxury service standard.
Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.
Ensure you have a good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.
Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.
Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Club Millesime Manager and designated Club Millesime leaders.

Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
Experience within a similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Always display a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand.
Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & holidays.
