**The Opportunity**
This role has full ownership of our visitor experience and general office maintenance whilst performing a range of administrative and coordinating duties for the wider team.
This isn't your everyday receptionist / office manager position as the role offers a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. While no two days will be the same, your main work activities include:

- Front desk; greeting visitors and answering and directing all incoming calls
- Responding to or re-directing online client queries
- Mail collection and distribution
- Catering for internal functions & assistance in event coordination
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms and travel
- Management of all office facilities
- General administration support for the EA to the CEO and leadership team

We are looking for an organiser extraordinaire, you will love managing multiple tasks and helping our Poolwerx Support Centre and Franchise Partners as the first point of contact. We are a people centric business and therefore we are looking for a consummate communicator to represent our brand.
Our professionally presented Corporate Receptionist has refined their skill set and experience to include:

- reception/administration within a corporate environment
- exercising initiative and sound judgement
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to execute operational working procedures
- High level of consistency, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Driver's licence / own transport (driving required to local offsite locations for mail collection, catering pick up, ad hoc tasks)
