We offer a dedicated team for each of our four communities, including two communities for people living with dementia. It consists of 108 beds, a with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

**The role**
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living
- Assist with the delivery and administration of medication
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Maintain accurate health care documentation as required
- Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities
- Build relationships with our residents and their families
- Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies

Skills and Experience
- Minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or relevant qualification
- Previous aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
- The ability to work as part of a tight knit team and take direction as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
