As a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and our patients receive outstanding service. You will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting with their needs and supporting the chiropractic team in delivering high-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle patient communications.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and processing patient information.
- Assist with patient intake, including collecting and verifying insurance information.
- Prepare and maintain patient files and records.
- Support chiropractic staff with treatment preparation and patient care as needed.
- Ensure the reception area and clinic are clean and organised.

**About You**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in healthcare administration is a plus. Bonus points for current Chiropractic students.
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and experience with office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

**Schedule**:

- Ideally looking for someone to fill 12-16 hours per week (weekday morning, afternoon + Saturday shifts) as well as provide cover for staff whilst on annual leave.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
