To Be Frank Bakery

To Be Frank Bakery is seeking a full-time Front of House Manager to join its team.

We are expanding and will soon be opening another artisan bakery and patisserie in Elsternwick and looking for a passionate cafe-all-rounder with management experience.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing the day-to-day bakery front of house operations
- Delivering and maintaining exceptional service standards and conditions
- Continuously looking to improve profitability and minimise costs without compromising standards and customer experience
- Fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent, efficient, and friendly service for customers, and exceeds customer expectations
- Developing and maintaining a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals

You will be required;
- To perform all POS duties, including opening and closing procedures, coordinating with the Manager as necessary.
- To make themselves aware and notify their team of any changes, special requirements, outstanding orders or work tasks required prior to the commencement of service
- To ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work

Requirement:

- Minimum 2 years experience managing/supervising a team.
- Previous experience working in a bakery would be preferred (but not essential)
