We're looking for a talented and experienced Technical Lead in our dynamic Identity Platforms team. Through the implementation of best practices in identity and access management (IAM), this role reduces security risks, improves access controls, and ensures seamless user experiences, contributing to the organisation's overall efficiency and security goals.

**Who are you?**
- Deep expertise in identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Auth0, WorkOS) and developing custom authentication systems.
- Advanced knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, RBAC, ABAC, and REBAC for secure access management.
- Proficiency in languages like C#, TypeScript, or Python with experience in implementing secure coding practices.
- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK) and automated deployments for identity solutions.
- Expertise in deploying identity services on containerised platforms like Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, with a focus on integrating security checks and shift-left testing principles.
- Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and secure API management for Authentication and Authorisation services.
- In-depth understanding of identity system architectures, including microservices, serverless computing, and event-driven designs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud security, OWASP guidelines, DevSecOps, and advanced cryptographic practices.
- Proficiency with tools like Elastic, and OpenTelemetry for identity system health monitoring and proactive threat detection.
- Experience in creating and managing developer portals, API gateways, and identity self-service platforms for streamlined integration.
