Excel is looking for energetic and passionate staff to make a lasting difference in our clients' lives. The role requires experienced professionals to join our specialised team of staff whose goal is to maintain a diverse range of participant-centred services within hospitals, Aged care/ Residential Homes, and private homes.

Excel is an Australian Registered Company based in Canberra but providing services nationwide including New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland and Victoria. Excel provides temporary and permanent placement of nurses (RNs, ENs and AIN's) to Aged Care facilities throughout Australia.

Excel is currently offering exciting casual, as well as short to medium term contracts for Carers right across Australia, with a possibility to extend. We have a number of positions available in Canberra, Regional NSW and Victoria.

**Position Requirements**

Qualified and experienced carer in Aged care/residential facility

The right to work in Australia

Experience and qualifications essential; most important to us is the delivery of the best customer experience, every day. We encourage creativity and collaboration to enable excellent outcomes for the people we support. Our Participants are diverse and so are we.

To be successful for one of these roles you will have:
Current Manual Handling

Current Australian Driver's License

Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Working With Vulnerable Peoples Check

Australian Police Check

Someone who is a fast learner and can show common sense

Passionate in their role

Interpersonal communication skills
