**The Company**
My client is a tier one financial services organisation based in the Melbourne CBD, with a range of different product offerings including superannuation and investment management services.

**Role Overview**
The Fund Implementation team have established a best practice global implementation operating model

for private market deals, playing a critical role coordinating the Investment, Legal, Tax and Operational

due diligence and review activities. This new model has driven improved deal efficiency allowed us to

manage and implement increased transaction pipeline volumes and, as such, there is a clear focus on

increasing private market allocations with an additional private market deal sourcing positions being

recruited across private debt, Infrastructure and property.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for improving implementation efficiency, reducing operational risk, minimising implementation leakage as asset transitions are undertaken for the funds.
- Participating in governance forums aimed at ensuring highly efficient implementation of investment transactions for the Pacific Delegated Solutions business.
- Assist in data collation, data maintenance and data transformation processes and provide data quality assurance and controls.
- Recognise opportunities to implement continuous improvement to the data management process. Assist in the development of data analytics, information delivery and insights function to support wider Wealth Management business.

**About You**
Qualifications at a Degree level in an appropriate analytical discipline such

as finance, economics or mathematics. A suitable post graduate

qualification, such as CFA, CIMA or Masters in a relevant discipline would

be desirable but not necessary.
- 3 - 5 years investment industry experience
- Experience in asset restructures and portfolio transition
- Understanding of different approaches to portfolio transition management
- A sound knowledge of multi asset class portfolio construction
- A sound knowledge of investment markets and asset classes
- Strong excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and interact confidently with other investment
professionals, senior staff and other internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Team orientated
- Goal orientated
