At the core of our successful commercial teams sits our marketing department. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Breast and Skeletal Health, the purpose of your role is to collaborate effectively to ensure our products meet market needs and achieve business objectives. On a day-to-day basis, this involves working closely with and supporting the Marketing Manager to develop and execute the ANZ Marketing Plan. This will involve collating competitor intelligence, sales and campaign analysis and preparation of marketing campaigns and collateral for the portfolio. You will partner with our sales team by providing them with the information and resources they need to sell our market-leading products. The scope of the role will include all existing products within the Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio and supporting with the launch of new products.

So, what do we need from you?

We are looking for a commercially minded individual who has the drive and commitment to succeed. You will have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing (or other business-related discipline), Science or Radiography and at least 3 years' experience as a Marketing Assistant or have a clinical background, ideally in mammography or radiography. You are a natural collaborator, excelling at building relationships with internal stakeholders to provide expert advice and ensure they are well supported. To succeed in this role, you will also require a strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to turn insights into strategies. You bring positive energy, are passionate about the impact of your work and are genuinely motivated to deliver outstanding outcomes. This is a fast-paced position, so excellent time management and organization skills are essential. A background in medical devices will be highly regarded.
