Onitsuka Tiger store management network is growing We're on the hunt for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at** Onitsuka Tiger QVB**. At Onitsuka Tiger we pride ourselves on being the product experts and creating exceptional customer experiences and representing a high-performance culture and performance mindset, focused on accountability, fairness and celebrating the intrinsic feeling from personal success.
Our Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting our Store Managers in running the day-to-day operations of the store in addition to leading and developing a team and contributing to strategy to optimize sales and store performance.
**Here's what we'd love to see from you**:
- Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer facing role
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential - more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand
- Availability to work a full-time roster
