**About the Role**
As the Store Manager you will be hands on with a 'Can Do' attitude. You will aim to consistently achieve targets in sales and customer service. You will be passionate about the brand, about achieving success and consistently creating exceptionally positive customer experiences. You will be a strong leader, that can empower and engage employees with a focus on continuous learning and employee development. This role will have you working approx. 38 hours/week including weekends.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Achieve individual and store sales results as per set targets and promotional launches.
- Effective time management with excellent people skills
- Ambitious person with a proven track record of exceeding expectations
- Customers service focused with a sharp eye for store presentation
- Previous Retail experience in high turnover store is preferred
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service
- Certificate, Diploma and/or Industry experience
