**Experienced kitchen staff wanted.**

**To be successful in this role, applicants must strive to**:

- Setting up workstations and operating kitchen equipment
- Measuring and weighing ingredients
- Following recipes and set menus
- Baking, grilling, steaming or boiling fish, meat, vegetables and other foods
- Presenting and garnishing dishes
- Adhering to kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean workspace at all times
- Monitoring stock levels
- Keeping up with cooking techniques and methods

**Applicants must**:

- Knife skills and knowledge of cutting techniques - Knowledge of various cooking methods - Ability to work under pressure - Awareness of food safety and hygiene standards - Ability to multitask - Excellent communication skills - Great team worker

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.10 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
