The roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading Real Estate Finance team in Sydney. With one of the largest partner groups in this space, the team advises on transactions across the capital spectrum for domestic and international clients, including:Banks, global and local private equity sponsors, and private credit fundsListed entities, developers, and institutional investorsReal estate financings across acquisitions, construction, public/private M&A, and credit fund workYou'll have the chance to work across all areas of real estate finance or specialise in a sector of particular interest. The role involves exposure to complex, high-value deals alongside some of the brightest practitioners in the industry.
About youThe successful candidate will ideally have:3+ years PQE in real estate finance, gained in a top-tier firm in Australia or another Commonwealth jurisdictionStrong technical, drafting and problem-solving skillsThe ability to manage complex transactions and build strong client relationshipsA proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach
