**About the role**

The Website and Design Coordinator is responsible for:

- Working with internal and external stakeholders to implement all website updates, including regular content creation, uploads, and maintenance of website assets.
- Supporting marketing and website initiatives
- Collaborating with external marketing consultants
- Website monitoring, ensuring content is up to date
- Work alongside Graphic Designers and stakeholders to design new collateral and coordinate production and/or delivery of images, videos, and digital/print assets.
- Support the sales team with adhoc requests, invites, flyers and posters for events and sales related activities

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in Communication or Marketing
- Social Media scheduling experience
- WordPress skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong initiative
