**Your part in Buderim Private Hospital**
- As an integral part of the operational leadership team, the Orderly Manager contributes to the safe, effective, efficient and patient-centric delivery of clinical services. Within this context, the purpose of this position is to maintain and continually strive to improve the flow of patients and their experience throughout the facility; and to facilitate the timely and reliable access and utilization of clinical equipment and clinical environments for patient care- Reporting to the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Management of all orderly activity, including rostering, recruitment, appraisals and performance discussions
- Reporting and Recording of equipment data as required
- Monitor training and education requirements of the orderly workforce

**What makes a difference for us?**
- Qualification in leadership or management is highy desirable
- Qualification in Health Services Assistant is highly desirable
- Experience Managing Staff - highly desirable
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of acute clinical environments and high-use clinical equipment
- Excellent initiative and the ability to work flexibly to meet competing demands
- Strong understanding of Orderly accountabilities and competencies, and the ability to address these where necessary
- Ability to provide training and perform competency assessments
