Being a completely digital company in a highly competitive market, delivering competitive advantage by leveraging our data and generating timely, actionable insights will be key to providing our customers the best possible experience and enable Sportsbet to continue pushing the boundaries as a digital leader with a cutting edge analytics function.

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Analytics, this role will deliver small and large projects across the whole of Sportsbet including Customer Operations, Responsible Gambling, Marketing, Product, Media and Risk & Trading and with objective of achieving greater efficiency and better solutions to business problems

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure data is analysed into meaningful, actionable insights and recommendations that will improve decision making and consequently drive business performance
- Support the business in delivering insights that influences decision makers
- Communicate and deliver complex analysis and concepts to key stakeholders and the wider business by creating 'data stories' to excite the business
- Manage end-to-end analytical projects and develop in-depth, customer-based insights that help drive decisions
- Develop new and evolve appropriate metrics and tools to provide reports and analysis that leads to actionable strategic insights

**About You**
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong Excel skills - ability to use and manipulate large datasets
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools
- Data storytelling ability
- Business analysis and analytical insight experience
- Commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management skills
