Job DescriptionAs the AAA Psychology team is rapidly growing, we are seeking a dedicated Provisional Psychologist to join our supportive, respectful, and professional workplace within the NDIS space.You will be working within a passionate multi-disciplinary team, which includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Exercise Physiologists.Full-Time and Part-time (minimum 4 days) positions are available.At AAA, the Provisional Psychologist's primary role is to support NDIS participants in line with AHPRA and NDIS regulations and client goals.Responsibilities IncludeProvide high-quality, evidence-based, and client-centered interventions in a professional, confidential, and culturally safe manner.Undertake comprehensive assessments (using clinical observations and standardized assessments) and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.Support and manage your caseload effectively.Assist Participants and other stakeholders in developing and reviewing support plans.Collaborate with other health professionals and key stakeholders regarding client care.Complete case notes, reports, and other correspondence adhering to required standards, legislative requirements, and ethical guidelines.Attend monthly team meetings and team-led in-services.Engage in weekly internal supervision with the Team Leader.Benefits to YouFlexibility – Starting from 30.4 hours/week (minimum 4 days) up to full-time, with flexible days to suit your needs.Excellent remuneration – Industry-leading salary, kilometer reimbursement, laptop, smartphone, Performance with Purpose Reward and Recognition Program, and salary packaging options.Work-life balance – Combine the convenience of working from home with community engagement and office support.Career progression – Access ongoing training tailored to your interests and long-term goals, along with professional development opportunities with Ability Action Australia and MedHealth.Passionate and uplifting culture – Be part of a purpose-driven team focused on delivering outstanding service to NDIS participants.
