We are seeking a Retail Professional to join our Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet in Sydney on a Casual basis.Please note, this role requires availability to work both weekdays and weekends.If you are an efficient, proactive retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and a desire to work for a global brand, we want to hear from you

We lead through innovation in our product technologies, fashion, and our commitment to developing our most valuable asset: our people.Key responsibilities:Achieve store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets by utilizing all available resources.Deliver excellent customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations.Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures to showcase the full product range.Represent the adidas brand and values in an inspiring way.Requirements: A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven success record.
Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Working Hours:Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required.
