**Client Advisor**

As a Client Advisor you will manage a portfolio of accounts in our large client practice team, ensuring high quality customer service is provided at all times. You will collaborate closely with team colleagues to consistently attain excellent client retention and develop new opportunities. Clients in the team are principally in the Real Estate, Professional Services and Communications, Media & Tech and sectors.

**We will count on you to**:

- Assist Managing Principals and Principals with the implementation and achievement of business plans and goals
- Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and frequently monitor political, management and other changes within the client organizations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship with the client.
- Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to client, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
- Work closely with Managing Principal or Principal on client renewal cycles.
- Implement successful account retention and defense strategies
- Maintain an awareness of all clients claim related matters and assist in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients as required.
- Take ultimate responsibility for the timely and accurate production, processing and delivery of client related documents.
- Ensure that all activities full comply with the Company's Errors and Omissions policy.
- Recognize and capitalize upon revenue generation, growth and other opportunities.

**What you need to have**:

- High level of accuracy/attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of customer service
- Flexible and team player - develops close partnerships with onshore and offshore colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
