**Role Responsibilities**:

- Planning & allocation of drivers daily runs
- Frequent communication with drivers
- Coordinate interstate transport requirements from the sales departments
- Obtain quotes from external car carriers
- Assisting with vehicle registrations
- Assisting stock control with ad hoc tasks

**What we are looking for**:

- Well organised and can prioritise workloads on a daily basis.
- Strong & professional verbal, written and phone communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, punctual & reliable.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal departments and external companies.
- Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team
- Can plan, and think quickly and strategically when issues arise.
- No previous experience necessary.
