We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.

**Job Description**:
Reporting into the Solution Lead, you will assist in day-to-day activities and driving solutions with relevant Business Units and stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Act as liaison between Solutions Lead, Toll Transitions business sponsors and IT Delivery relative to technical requirements and solutions.
- Identify best fit technical solutions and working with stakeholders (both Toll, vendor, and partners) to implement effective systems change.
- Provide a good technical understanding of the system's architecture, including its various processes, integrations, inter-dependencies, configurations, and products.
- Drive technical design of all changes - including approach validation, specification documentation, communicating with the Delivery team and ongoing support.
- Assist the Technical Service Manager optimise the current IRAP certified platform, maintaining its resilience i.e. Security considerations, Cloud utilisation and optimisation, review any technical debt left from previous implementations/changes.
- Be the key technical lead in the implementation of new solutions, and the ongoing technical roadmap.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the IT lifecycle areas: design, development, and deployment
- 5+ years' hands-on experience in one or more of the technical writing areas: technical specifications, business requirements documentation, training documentation, test cases and project plans
- Deep technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Databases/Servers (SQL), Cloud (Azure), Network and IT Infrastructure, Account Directory and Security.
- Experience in business rules / policy automation, API integrations & systems security frameworks is advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities
- Self-motivated, with strong relationships building skills and a willingness to learn
- The ability to become a trusted technical advisor to the IT Delivery and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Australian citizenship
