With 27 years of industry leadership , we're seeking a seasoned recruiter to take on a thriving permanent recruitment portfolio focused on general practitioners and family medicine doctors .

You'll recruit doctors into roles that truly matter — often in communities that would otherwise go without essential healthcare.
When you help place a GP in a rural town, an Aboriginal medical service, a telehealth platform, or a family clinic short on staff, you create a multiplier effect : improving the quality of life for entire populations, protecting public health, and supporting Australia's healthcare system where it's needed most.You'll work with a diverse client base , including:Private GP practices and family clinicsNational corporate medical groupsCorrectional health and Aboriginal health servicesSpecialised environments for family medicine-trained doctorsYou'll also work with highly skilled doctors , many relocating from overseas, and have the backing of:A dedicated associate recruiter to support your search and admin workAn in-house team of migration and regulatory specialistsA group of collaborative, experienced recruiters , many with 10–15+ years at WavelengthLeadership and MentorshipThis role reports directly to Dr John Bethell , one of the co-founders of Wavelength and a highly experienced healthcare leader and recruiter .
You'll have direct access to his guidance and insight, benefiting from decades of expertise in medical recruitment and health sector leadership.
