Role Title: AI and Machine Learning Developer
We are looking for an experienced individual to design, develop, deploy, and optimize Voice AI backend solutions using Databricks, Twilio, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
About the Job:
Lead the migration of the Voice AI project from existing platforms to a new cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption.
Contribute to creating customer-facing and internal AI/ML products that deliver actionable business insights and operational improvements.
Integrate multiple enterprise systems through APIs to enable comprehensive AI/ML solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML-powered workflows and applications that automate tasks and modernise internal enterprise systems.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders within an Agile framework to ensure AI tool usability, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Software Engineer in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Strong practical experience with Databricks, AWS, and/or Azure, particularly in project migration and deployment.
Proven commercial experience working with Voice AI models, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and/or Computer Vision.
Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and support of mission-critical production systems.
