The Facilitator/Counsellor uses evidence-based techniques to challenge harmful beliefs and behaviours, promote empathy and responsibility, and support clients in making sustainable, positive changes in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to organisational policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in domestic and family violence and counselling practices.
- Engage in community outreach and education initiatives to raise awareness about domestic violence and available support services.
- Uphold the values and principles of UnitingCare, promoting a culture of respect, integrity, and inclusion.
