As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, managing appointment schedules, and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional mannerAnswer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department, and addressing inquiriesManage the front desk area and maintain a tidy and organized reception spaceSchedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as neededAssist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing office materialsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and packagesSupport various departments with additional tasks as requiredRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plusProven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipmentPositive attitude and professional demeanorAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretionSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdministrativeIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
