We support people living with Alzheimer's, dementia, cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs, and older Australians.Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home, and palliative care.
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service.
Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.This role is on a casual basis and would suit an applicant looking for 5-25 hours a week, with alternating shifts and willingness to travel between Maryborough and Hervey Bay.Suitable applicants should ideally be available to cover leave along with rostered days and hours on a recurring basis.

Qualifications Certificate III in Aged Care and/or Individual CareSatisfactory Australian National Police checkCurrent first aid and CPR certificateDriver's licence and own car (full comprehensive insurance) Preferred Skills A successful candidate will have the following:Ability to provide personal and domestic careA passion for respectfully empowering and caring for peopleExcellent written and verbal skillsAble to work autonomously and as part of a teamHigh level of time management and organisational abilityWillingness to participate in further education opportunities
