This position sits within Aon's Affinity division, working as a part of a digital team that supports best practice client service across a range of industries. As a Digital Analyst, you will assist in the improvement of digital data and optimisation capability, providing actionable insight from behavioural metrics captured from our digital platforms.

**What the day will look like**

As a Digital Analyst at Aon, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Designing and developing dashboards, providing analysis, insights and modelling
- Ensuring the accuracy of all reporting, analysis and dashboards
- Build the data structure for all reports and ensure its accuracy across all systems
- Reporting and analysing sales, customer, marketing and service metrics across all systems
- Deliver data driven insights and recommendations targeting increases in revenue and cost reductions in the digital ecosystems

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Previous experience as an Analyst, with a proven track record in delivering digital insights, campaign analysis, database marketing or customer insights & analytics
- Good technical knowledge in various systems and processes, such as Salesforce, Kentico, Einstein Analytics (Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively analyse data and find actionable insights
- Strong skills reporting in Power BI
- Demonstrable experience optimising customer journeys
- Comfortable working closely and communicating collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of analytical tools and attribution modelling, with a proven track record of data driven decision making
- Good knowledge of digital advertising channels
