What We're Looking For
You
- An experienced communications designer with distinctive graphic design perspective.
- A keen interest in design, in particular furniture, interiors and photography.
- A motivated, hands-on and organised person with exceptional attention to detail.
- A 'people person' happy to engage with our team and advertising partners.
Your Skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent in communications and/or graphic design.
- 2-5 years experience in communications/graphic design role
- Ability to respond to briefs and create tailored content with a clear understanding of brand guidelines, tone of voice and audience.
- Aptitude to maintain and strengthen brand identity through visual storytelling with impact.
- Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise your work in response to changing deadlines.
- Confidence in Adobe suite.
What The Role Looks Like
In this role, you will be working closely with the marketing manager on designing, developing and actioning digital & print campaigns for a nation-wide audience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough research on target audiences to inform campaign approach and style.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and support strong brand storytelling through all available channels.
- Design campaign concepts in response to brief for a wide range of marketing mediums, both print & digital. Examples include magazine & newspaper placements, product brochures, social media campaigns, showroom signage, presentations and packaging.
- Present and clearly communicate design concepts to the team for feedback and review.
- Execute on-time, on-brand campaigns to internal and third-party specifications.
- Review campaign data and feedback, and use learnings to improve future campaigns.
- Review brand visual touch points and develop strategies to improve client experience.
- Ensure visual brand assets are kept up-to-date for seamless specification experience for staff and clients.
