A French/Australian family residing in Melbourne is seeking an energetic, caring, passionate, committed and flexible French-speaking Governess to provide care for the 4 children aged 5yrs, and 4 yrs and twins aged 2 years old.
As a Governess you will be responsible for the children's education, supporting their current schooling programmes, and offering tutoring sessions twice a week to the older children along with homework assistance and extracurricular activities. You will also be required to provide support to the twins in developing an understanding of the French language. They are both already fluent in the French language and require support with conversation.
The family has nannies in the household that you will work alongside to take care of the children. Time will be allocated to provide individual tutoring sessions to each of the children during the week.
The family travels on a regular basis and you will be required to travel with them.
The working schedule will be 6 days per week with Saturdays and Sundays as working days. Working up to 35 hours per week.
This is a live-out position, accommodation can be provided.
The salary on offer is AU$2430 per week.
