The Company

The Role
- You will install security monitoring systems and CCTV
- Manage new installations and service existing sites
- You will be on a roster for on call support
- Ensure that product and service promises are delivered.
- Read and understand plans and work orders
- Provide security advice to ensure customer assets are protected
- Manage projects and other Installers.
- Sign off on the work, clean the site and discuss status with the customer
- Assist in preparation of quotes for complex sites

Your Expertise
- knowledge of networking and IT
- You must be organised, disciplined and able to manage your time
- You will have the ability to project manage jobs, obtain a clear understanding of the customers' requirements.
- You fix any issues promptly while they are small
- Capacity to learn, training includes full ongoing product knowledge.
- Reliable and punctual
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Respectful communicator

- Pride in your work and completing to a high standard
