Burger Urge Toowoomba South is looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Shift Assistant to join the Toowoomba team. Reporting to the Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day operations of the business. To be successful in this role you will:

- have prior experience supervising teams in a high volume hospitality or customer-service oriented environment.
- have prior experiene working in a busy kitchen, Fryer and Grill experience would be a plus.
- demonstrate exemplary customer service, communication, leadership, mentoring and training skills.
- follow and administer all opening, closing, operational and food safety procedures
- managing staff costs.
- control stock.
- ensure restaurant is clean and well-presented.
- be highly motivated, hands on and energetic.
- be able to work nights and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
