We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our teams at CSL in our fast-paced cafes.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collection of deliveries/ storing new food items
- Distribution of milk and other designated stock within CSL areas
- Maintain FIFO process with storage areas
- Following daily/weekly and monthly cleaning schedule
- Washing dishes following correct procedures
- Maintain back of the house area
- Cleaning floors
- Clean and sanitise worktops
- All other duties allocated throw the day that relate to cleaning, storage and dishwashing

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Experience working under pressure in a similar position
- Drivers licence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements
- Great personal grooming, presentation and a confident and pleasant manner
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience within kitchen production
