Caloundra, Australia Hyqual Australia Full time

Hyqual Australia Pty Ltd, a long-established Caloundra-based manufacturer, requires a Metallising Team Member to work in our manufacturing business in our preparing moulded items for metallising and lacquering along with other production tasks as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing plastic parts for metallising.
- Injected moulded plastic products and prepared for metallising process.
- Load metallising jigs.
- Operate vacuum metallising machine;
- Check completed metallised products for finish quality.
- Assist with other production tasks as required
- Time management skills and the ability to plan, organise and monitor completion of tasks.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong safety focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically active and fast-paced environment.
- Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work within a changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to maintain clean and safe working environment in metallising and lacquer room.
- Able to follow equipment operating and maintenance procedures.
- Able to work with limited supervision but also as part of a production team.

We're after someone who is a team player, eager to learn a variety of skills and reliable on a day-to-day basis. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary. The position will be casual initially with possibility of full-time employment being offered to the right applicant.
