**About the Role**
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Cyber Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Lead to join our Cyber Defence team within the Group Tech portfolio at BOQ. In this role, you will be required to lead a team of GRC professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team delivers a high-quality work and achieve agreed goals.

A key component of the role will be to establish governance functions across cyber defence, developing and implementing a comprehensive cyber training and awareness function that includes ongoing education, communication, and engagement with employees to promote cyber security awareness and understanding.

**About you**
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate prior experience in GRC functions, particularly in developing and implementing policies, processes, and procedures. Ideally, you will have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards. You will be a leader, with great communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC or CISSP, would be highly desirable but isn't mandatory.
