**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join our dynamic team as **Counter Salesperson** based in **Gold Coast, Queensland**.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation
- Control of orders in line with customer requirements
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.

**To be successful in this role, you must**:

- Possess strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter
- Some experience in a fast forward-facing customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team
- Good planning, organisation, and time management skills
- Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy
