Overview Application Closing Date: 21 September 2025 Plant Operator - Southern Regional Livestock Exchange (Casual Position) offering up to 30 hours per week.
Attractive and competitive salary: $41.29 per hour + 12% Superannuation.
The Southern Regional Livestock Exchange (SRLX) is located in Moss Vale and is one of the top ten cattle saleyards in New South Wales.
We are seeking hands-on, community-minded individuals to support one of NSW's livestock facilities.
The Opportunity As a Plant Operator at SRLX, you'll report to the SLRX Team Leader and operate a fleet of small and large plant to support the management of cattle and facilities with safe, efficient, and best practice operating methods, while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

What you'll need to succeed Experience in a maintenance role, manual labouring role, or plant operations role.
Ability to work in a multi-skilled, team-based environment.
Effective communicator with customers, team members, and contractors.
Ability to prioritise work tasks based upon customer/supplier needs and environmental conditions.
Experience working with livestock or animals would be highly favourable.
Hold and maintain MR Drivers Licence and WHS Induction Card (White Card).
Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical prior to commencement.
