Your day to day
Our diverse dining options provide guests with extraordinary island experiences, and you will play an integral role in delivering these experiences.
As
Chef de Cuisine
, you will oversee Conference, Events, and bespoke dining operations, including food preparation, quality control, physical maintenance, and inventory management to meet hotel standards and revenue targets while controlling costs.
You will also manage daily kitchen activities, plan and assign work, and set performance and development goals for team members.
What we need from you
We seek enthusiastic, professional team players who excel at delivering excellent service and exceeding guest expectations.
Ideally, you will have:
A degree or certification in culinary arts and at least 2 years of experience as a chef, including one year in a supervisory role
An equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience
Experience in banquets, conferencing, events, private, and bespoke dining
Up-to-date food safety certification
