This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a reputable and well-established company, known for delivering high-quality projects in the resources and infrastructure sectors.
These positions will be site-based, operating on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off (2/1) DIDO roster, with attractive rates working with a highly supportive team.
We are seeking expressions of interest for the following roles, all requiring relevant construction project experience:
Senior SHEQ Advisor
SHEQ Advisor
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the implementation and execution the Company and Group SHEQ strategy for improving SHEQ performance.
Display and promote SHEQ through active field-based leadership and engagement.
Monitor, evaluate and report on SHEQ performance against Genus' objectives and targets.
Provide daily support and guidance to meet SHEQ objectives and targets and improve SHEQ performance.
Ensure understanding and awareness of company SHEQ requirements through effective communication and engagement.
Collaborate and engage with team members to achieve SHEQ performance goals and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Cert IV in Work Health and Safety
(Essential)
Construction Safety Induction White Card
(Essential)
3+ years' demonstrated experience in a SHEQ position.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance requirements.
Workplace First Aid Certificate and valid CPR Certificate.
Valid Australian Driver's License
ICAM investigation or equivalent
