We are seeking a motivated and dependable Full -time Handyperson to support our Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the hotel's facilities, helping to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for both our guests and team member

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of basic maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, painting, HVAC maintenance, and general facility upkeep.
- Ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces are consistently maintained in excellent condition.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel equipment, machinery, and systems to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and materials, requesting replenishments as needed.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of special events, room reconfigurations, and other projects.
- Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize and address urgent maintenance needs.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- A self-motivated, proactive individual who is punctual and reliable.
- Skilled in operating a variety of equipment and hand tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts as required.
