GAMI Chicken & Beer Highpoint are looking for chefs and cooks to join the team at Highpoint Shopping Centre VIC.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Preparing and cooking food to a high-quality standard from provided recipes
- Maintaining high levels of safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Managing inventory levels and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Working closely with other kitchen staff and training new staff as required

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Ability to work on the stove and use the wok
- Initiative and confidence to make decisions and suggest improvements
- Good organisation, time management and communication skills
- Great work ethic and the willingness to learn new things

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $20.33 - $30.00 per hour
